Throughout the years, during his travels around the world, with his passion for delicious food, would always pick the tastiest pieces on the menu and would differentiate a plate from another blindfolded. At a blink of an eye (or rather drop of sauce), a platter either made it or went away.

His quest for the most perfectly cooked food started at the age of 5, when his grandmother in Bekaa Valley initiated him to the delights of the Lebanese cuisine and the traditional way of making the most lavish food.

In all the places that offered oriental food, locally & abroad, to diversity his knowledge and motivated his passion to share the richest and most delectable of foods and recipes, that impress all people who have good taste.

His high sense of taste and his strong bonds with his origin motivated him to create a unique place, the epitome of these characteristics.
